Consumer Action’s Policy and Campaigns team advocates for Australians who are doing it tough through political advocacy, media exposure and expert policy work.

Every year we run campaigns that fight for better consumer laws, against dodgy business models and to make Australia a fairer place. Our current campaigns include:

Do Not Knock – Stopping door-to-door sales from hurting Australians.

Small Loans. Big Problem – The truth about payday loans.
