Consumer Action has an ongoing commitment to strategic outreach focusing on capacity building for community workers, who play a vital role in connecting vulnerable clients with legal assistance. Through our dedicated Workers Line and training services we offer specialist secondary consultations and professional development to financial counsellors, CLC staff and other community workers, aimed at ensuring vulnerable clients receive the right advice at a point when they need it most.
