Here’s what you can expect when you get in touch.

Call us for a quick chat.

Our lawyers can work through your client’s options with you over the phone, answer any questions you have about the law and give you some practical suggestions to achieve the best possible outcome for your client.

You can get extra assistance for more complex cases.

If your client’s case is complex and we think that there is more we can do to help, we will schedule a time for one of our lawyers to call you back for a more in-depth discussion about your client’s issues. We may be able to help you prepare a letter, complaint or other documents for your client.

Depending on a number of factors, we may be able to take on your client’s case.

In certain cases, we may be in a position to provide your client with legal representation. We will act on behalf of your client and work with you to achieve a just outcome for them.

While we would love to help everyone, unfortunately, our resources are limited. Our small team provides legal advice and support to countless individuals all across Victoria! We constantly have to assess how to stretch our resources to meet the needs of as many people as possible and how to achieve the greatest impact for people experiencing vulnerability and disadvantage.
